Packaging
Our boxes are both recycled and recyclable. Our mailing bags are biodegradable and will decompose in your compost bin within 12 months.
For wholesale orders we reuse cardboard boxes.
Delivery
- FREE UK delivery on all orders over £30 - Second Class Royal Mail / Tracked 48
All our items will be dispatched within 48 hours. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail. Second Class usually takes between 2-5 working days. During busy periods some parcels are taking up to 14 days. If you need your order to be dispatched urgently please email us at office@ecojiko.co.uk

- International - Royal Mail International Tracked
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this before hand and cannot give you an estimate of the costs because it varies widely around the world. Please do you research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional costs will be.
Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe in 3 - 5 working days and the rest of the world in 5 - 7 working days. However, currently due to high demand and the global pandemic, deliveries are taking longer.
Lost Items
Royal Mail's policy for lost items is as follows
Loss claims should not be submitted until after 10 working days after the due delivery date for items within the UK, 20 working days for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World.
Ecojiko will consider all applications for refunds after these times.
